At the end of 2021, we took a course to increase the team, scale the business, and work out the process of training new colleagues. Since the voice bot technology is new on the market, it is important for us to work efficiently, so we devoted most of our time to training new employees. They improved the process of assimilation of knowledge and mastered skills, tested different options and found successful and effective algorithms.
Development of new markets
Our main goal is the development of technologies on the Ukrainian market, support of domestic business and optimization of work processes. And we follow the planned tasks and implement new projects. Cooperation in the field of e-commerce, services and recruiting was especially active this year.
We are also growing and increasing our influence on international markets. In 2022, the field of cooperation in events and exhibitions on the market of Kazakhstan was actively developing.

Поэтому для нас было очень ценно принять участие в форуме восстановления Украины REBUILD.UA LVIV 2022. Мы были информационными партнерами и смогли пригласить голосовым ботом гостей мероприятия посетить событие и сделать свой вклад в восстановление страны.
