The general meeting is the highest body of the Sportvereinigung

Every general meeting (members' meeting of the department), ordinary and extraordinary, which has been duly convened has a quorum.

A regular general meeting is held annually in the last quarter. The general meeting is convened by the president at least four weeks in advance. This is done in writing, posted at the training venues, and by making the agenda available for inspection at the association's headquarters. Prior to the general meeting, the departments hold appropriate member meetings.

An extraordinary general meeting shall be convened by resolution of the Executive Committee or upon request of at least 1/3 of the members of Sportvereinigung Leipzig 1910 eV or an entire department.

The General Assembly elects the members of the Executive Board individually for a term of four years. Their term of office ends when a member of the Executive Board resigns by declaration to the President, or when a member clipping path service of the Executive Board receives a vote of no confidence from the General Assembly by a simple majority.

The general meeting elects two auditors from the membership who, as an audit committee, check the proper use of the available funds.

Resolutions are passed by a simple majority of the votes represented. Amendments to the statutes require a two-thirds majority of the votes represented at the general meeting. Abstentions do not count.

The legal representatives of Sportvereinigung Leipzig 1910 eV are the President and the Vice President. They have joint authority and represent the association jointly.
The resolutions of the general meeting are countersigned by the secretary and a member of the Executive Committee. Executive Committee members are elected for a term of four years. Re-election is possible. Elected positions may only be held by members of Sportvereinigung Leipzig 1910 eV. The assets of Sportvereinigung Leipzig 1910 eV are managed by the Executive Committee; the Treasurer is responsible for monitoring income and expenditures.
