Organizations are increasingly looking for profiles that prioritize loyalty and commitment, while employees seek to improve their experience within the company.
For this reason, companies also have to improve the benefits they provide to employees. And this employee experience is measurable thanks to tools such as Artificial Intelligence.

The importance of employee experience
The first question that Álvaro Galán put on the table was the analysis of the starting situation as far as employee experience is concerned.
Rafael Vivas began this roundtable by explaining suriname business email list that he likes to use the term “ commitment ” to align all those who want to improve the care of people in organizations and thus humanize them. Commitment allows us to measure and connect with metrics , one of the key pieces of this revolution in employee experience that we are currently experiencing in companies.

For Rafael , it is not a passing fad . People are very disengaged from the companies they belong to. Especially in Spain, which is the second European country with the lowest level of employee commitment to their companies. This is because people are very skeptical that companies can take care of them. For this reason, there is still a lot of work to be done to increase employee commitment and improve the care of people in organizations.
Regarding this point, Mariví Jiménez also stated that organizations seek loyalty and commitment from their employees . But just as companies are increasingly looking for more complex and prepared profiles, employees also expect more from them. In other words, just as the expectations of companies rise , so do those of employees .
