What does it affect?
1) The possibility of interruption of work activity, abandonment of the workplace or not going to work.

Who does it affect?
Companies that have had to cease or reduce their work activity as a result of the DANA.
Workers and members of cooperatives who have seen their employment contract suspended or their working hours reduced.
Domestic workers who have had their employment contract suspended or their working hours reduced.
How does it affect? Interruption of work activity
1) Justified absences that entail non-recoverable paid leave

Under the circumstances determined by the regulations, not attending work is considered a justified absence, and with the right to remuneration, as long as one's domicile is in one of the affected municipalities, or the person being cared for or for whom search and rescue tasks are being carried out does so.

Paid leave for a justified absence will be considered as time worked for the period between the event that caused the absence, even if it was prior to 11/14/2024.

This measure is extendable to working members of cooperatives.

2) Adaptation of the working day
