What does it affect?
To adopt measures in the fiscal area to alleviate the consequences of the DANA in the Valencian Community.

Who does it affect?
To companies and self-employed persons whose domicile is in one of the list of municipalities included in the regulations and are affected by the consequences of the DANA.
How does it affect? 1) Extension of deadlines for self-assessments and declarations
The deadline for filing those settlements/declarations that had to be filed during the months of October, November and December 2024 has been extended until 31/01/2025.
First affected settlement, those corresponding to the month of September that had not been submitted before 10/28/2024.
This exception does not apply to model 349 or Intrastat.
2) Extension of the deadline for submitting billing records – SII

3) Reductions in the net income rate in personal income tax
With an impact on agricultural activities and planned for the year 2024, the net income rates are reduced.
The corresponding Order, pending publication, will need to be amended.

Any aid requested and granted to alleviate the consequences of the DANA will be exempt from both Corporate Tax and Income Tax .
Publication of specific regulations is expected to expand corporate tax measures.
When does it affect?
The regulation comes into force on 11/07/2024.
In short, these are measures aimed at companies and self-employed workers, as well as citizens who have been victims of the consequences of the damage caused by the DANA in different municipalities of the Valencian Community between October 28 and November 4, 2024.
