We've touched on this before, but there are many benefits to having an up-to-date Sales section of your product or service listing.
Since you only need to upload your images once, you can use the same photos – just change the price and add some information about the sale in the description (in addition to the great description you already have).
Then, when the sale is over, just delete the section and voila! The sale is gone, and if anyone comes to check it out, they'll regret missing out on the great deal.
